Kitchen Melissa’s meal prep service offers you an opportunity to order meals in advance for you to enjoy throughout the week.  During the Summer we offer one menu per week for preorder. The menu gets released on Wednesdays and the ordering window opens. Ordering closes on Saturday.  There is no minimum, you can order as little (or as many) meals as you'd like from the menu.  All meals are gluten, dairy, sugar, soy and seed oil free but there are also nut free, sesame free, nightshade free, egg free and vegan options. You can choose to pick up your meals at the market or if you spend at least $50, you can have your meals delivered right to your door (delivery fees apply).  Kitchen Melissa currently delivers to Fairfield, Southport, Westport, Bridgeport, Monroe, Trumbull, Stratford, Milford, Easton and Shelton.

Ordering windows:

Pickup/Delivery windows:

• Tuesday pickup at Kitchen Melissa 10:30 - 4:30pm

• Wednesday pickup at Sport Hill Farm 11 - 5pm

• Deliveries will be made on Tuesdays outside of pickup hours
